RingBarer..................I remember in SOMA having to write a personalized note out to him and include a gift of money.

For all of you who devoted your time, heart, love and energy serving Tony as a "spiritual son or daughter", when asked, Tony also denied ever hearing or understanding the term "spiritual parenting". What does that speak to me and should speak to all of you devoted servants? That Tony put "NO VALUE" on the time, money, love that you supposedly gave him. Enough to where he would blatently lie about it to save his own ass.

Oh, BTW Matt. In regards to the "gifts" Tony also denied recieving... I guess he already forgot about the Lion picture that I invested 20 hours of my own time and talent into drawing for him and professionally framing for him. Many of you remember me "GIVING" it to him on his birthday two years ago. The last time I saw it, it was still hanging on his wall.

i definately remember Tony speaking of spiritual parenting on many occasions and it being promoted by him. I especially heard the young people talking about Tonys lessons and looking for spiritual parents. I could sign a sworn affidavit about the money but cant remember details as far as date and how much. I am sure Tony has thrown all those love letters from SOMA students away. And to say they were done voluntarily would be a huge error. they were done out of duress or a pressure by leadership to conform. There is no doubt Tony Cunningham is a liar, manipulator, and spiritual abuser. What about the car he got. I definately heard him refer to it as a gift. I heard the whole bullshit out of his mouth when he gave the gift back. My mother in law was going to go and set him straight on all that but didnt. She was there for the first time on that day and thought he was outlandish and wrong the way he did it. I wish she would have said something now.

While in a deposition regarding a law suit against Mr. Cunningham and Radiant Life Church:

Mr. Cunningham, while being sworn in under oath was asked if SOMA, (Mr. Cunningham’s School of Ministry Arts) was an organization (501c3) under Radiant Life or if SOMA was its very own organization (5601c3) run by Mr. Cunningham.

His answer to the attorney while under oath was that he was not sure and that he was just an instructor of the school.

When asked under oath who would know this information Mr. Cunningham answered that Ann Simon, the former Dean of SOMA, was responsible for setting up and overseeing all parts of the SOMA organization and that he was under her direction to help plan missions, help find instructors and instruct himself.

Mr. Cunningham’s answer to the attorney has now put the liability of SOMA on Ann Simon should further legal implications regarding SOMA arise…

Furthermore, Mr. Cunningham is known to have said while teaching at SOMA that SOMA was his school… Mr. Cunningham touted that he was in charge of salaries, the budget, the curriculum and all financial decisions. Yet he denied this fact under oath by stating that the weight of the structural authority was Ann Simon’s responsibility and that he was vague in his knowledge of how she set up and operated the School.

Mr. Cunningham also stated that SOMA was closed due to Ann Simon moving to Oregon with her family and her not being able to run the school… however, the school did not shut down until almost 2 years after Ann Simon left. Mr. Cunningham put Jeremy Stewart in charge as dean and continued to operate the school, salaries, the budget, the curriculum and all financial decisions long after Ann Simon was gone.

Lastly, SOMA was never set up as its own 501c3 to the surprise of the elder board last year. Until that time the elder board was under the impression that SOMA was Mr. Cunningham’s own organization and therefore they believed that they had no say in any decisions he made in regard to the school and its moneys… approximately 10 students graduated for approximately 4 years each paying $9000 in tuition totaling at least $360,000 in moneys not accounted for by Radiant Life Church and into the pocket of Mr. Cunningham… SOMA tuition did not pay for student books, mission trips, class dinners, graduation, or graduation cloths. Very little money was paid to instructors and none of the money from part time or dropped students was accounted for either…

Now here is an interesting point to make about this little church in Bilogo. The guys worked so hard at building a better facility for this little church.
Pastor Gary did everything he could to accommodate our team and set things up for us.
There was a pledge made to help support pastor Gary for a year.
But it turns out that Tony was misleading us and brook the promises made to support him.

...it was after visiting Turning Point Church in Marysville Washington he came back to Sacramento somewhere between there and here, he allegedly had a miraculous miracle? a self gratifying self promoting one at that.
This is biblical practice that is supported in the bibl.e.....No wait...Hmm...It is not supported.

I wonder why a sycophant like Dan Flory did not have

I know for a fact that Tony Cunningham went to the bank on Mondays to deposit some checks he received as gifts and to cash many others. On many occasions those that ever had a reason to be in his office can testify to cash and checks on his desk made out to him as gifts to honor him. As we all know "honor is the currency of Heaven" LOL, and to think I always thought it was love.

PUMPKIN PIE, WHATEVER! He just received a gift from the congregation shortly before Easter because he was sad.

i think its funny how some of the "outside" people work our butt off to prove ourself but always told no we arent good enough...im so glad im not there anymore...i cant tell you wat a pain it has been to be put as an outcast and label as most likely to fail. Honestly i have felt so much better. I finally feel like God is calling me to something. Im going to make youtube video. I can be werid and myself. Being at Radiant Life you had to be a certain ways to be in the "cool" group. Oh and where is that cool group now ...well they all dont have a relationship with Jesus Christ. And oh look im the only one left. And some of the pricks who pretended to be my friend...well they keep putting up masks for their parent ...omg Im so righteous boo-hoo but i hang out with guys at hooters and im a sex addicted....yes one of the princess perfect became not so perfect. Now im not saying i am in any way perfect. Nor do i ever give anyone that impression. When i spend time with my brigadees i always told them at the beginning im not perfect and if you ever have questions i will be more than open with you. My brigade time was LOVING the girls not drilling them. I talk to them and tried to reach and teach them on a level they understood. Not making feel like shit cuz they sinned. and they love me to pieces. And not one could understand how i was so connected to them or what drew them in. ITS CALL LOVE....REAL LOVE. no doubt those girl arent living a perfect life but understand God loves them now, right there not matter where they stand or place he finds them in .... i wish i would have been taught the same the 6 year i was in brigades

Money Money Money
It starts to look more and more like a con game than a Christian Church. Oh, Tony Cunningham of Radiant Life Church recieved gifits alright. In addition to a pumkin pie and $20, he recieved HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars in checks and cash as "gifts" over the last say 4 to 5 years. Radiant Life Church became a pay to play institution, as bad if not worse than the money changers that Jesus drove from the Temple. Did you want access to Tony Cunningham? Financial payments opened the door.
The hundreds of thousands of dollars that he recieved do not include the HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars in the value of gifts beyond just the cash. These gifts include tangible items such as SEVERAL very nice cars, motorcycles, artwork, and the like. Also these items do not include the double charging of students of SOMA who he was already paid to be their pastor, and the charging again for SOMA AD. In addition to the above he was paid a "tithe" from several of his church plants. The only legitimate extra funds that he recieved were Honoraria for speaking engagements, and proceeds from his book. Unforturnately SOMA students were muled to hock his book, and who knows who paid to publish it.
The ones who were used the most were SOMA students who in addition to their tithe and offerings to Radiant Life Church, Paid to attend SOMA and were then attended classes where Tony Cunningham taught them how to honor Tony, usually with money. Looking back now it's almost funny, except that real people were involved here, and real people were taken advantage of all in the name of GOD. Oh, and wanna bet that there was NO tithe paid by Tony Cunningham on his cash windfall, and certainly NO taxes of any sort paid.
Can anyone testify that people gave? Yes, I gave thousands.

Tony Cunningham gets all of the advantages and privledges of being an American Citizen and still speaks disparigingly of our land. Think I'm wrong? Drive by his house on Memorial Day and what you don't see will tell alot. No American Flag. Ever.

The crazy part is that no one in the inner circle seems to see any of this, and what they do see, they cannot see as wrong. Why?, because Radiant Life Church goers don't have the conversations we have been having, they don't talk like we do--openly and to each other--. They are proud that they don't talk about things, because talking about things is of the Devil they are told. if you question, you can be sure that your exit from the church is close. It reminds me of the Mormon cult in Texas where the pervert Jefferds was taking multiple girls as his "spiritual wives" (sounds eerily familiar?). Many of the girls would attempt to complain, but were told by the older women to "keep it sweet" in other words don't complain, don't question.

Maybe "keep it sweet" is not in the Radiant Life Church lexicon, but it may as well be. Don't question - ever - it's complaining, and don't listen to bitter disgruntled former members of Radiant Life Church - they are bad - . The truth is that because of the lack of discussion - even among the elders, staff and pastors, the readers of this blog know more about what is going on than even the elders!!!!!!! This is no exaggeration.

But the Bereans were of more noble character.......
Why? they didn't just take Paul's word for it, they studied the scriptures.. meaning they talked it over, they did their homework, they questioned and tested to see if it was right.
Tony Cunningham's life and doctrine cannot stand up to scrutiny, he fails the test. The only way for him to keep his job is to keep the code of silence alive. That's why, like it or love it, this blog is having such a profound impact on Radiant Life Church.
