With exception of French govt. it seems that no other govt. has ever blocked or studied various cults. Any one has any info as to how the US govt. in perticuler view cult's and what are the measure's they have taken to ensure that brainwashing mind controlling cults are checked ?

I believe that US law enforcement takes the view that as long as the cults are not breaking the law, (ie: assault, murder) then legally they cannot interfere with their operations. Cults know this and use it to their advantage; however, they do engage in criminal harassment, which is illegal, though difficult to prove. If they do engage in harassment, this Cease and Desist Letter can be helpful, since it names specific criminal laws that the cults are breaking:

try to block the grant writing on monies funded for ficticious ministries in various ministries......hey if they can mess around with the constitutions right stating a persons right to keep and bear arms.......they can try to mess around with any and every way to obtain a loophole.........
